We are immediately looking for a creative, friendly and driven colleague who we can use in the field of Customer Service and possibly also as a Content Creator . We offer a part-time position (24 - 32 hours p/w), a good salary and the chance to work with the most beautiful vintage jewelry on a daily basis! About Menina Amsterdam

In 2019, Menina Amsterdam was born from the passion to revive vintage jewelry and celebrate the special moments in delivering! We look for vintage treasures in all corners of the world and then bring them to the Netherlands and sell them online. We are allowed to be part of the most special events in people's lives and are honored to be able to contribute to this.


What does your day look like?

When you open the door at our office in the morning, you will be the first mega enthusiastically greeted by our office dog named Mac! We therefore expect that you will greet him back at least as enthusiastically! You first make a nice cup of coffee, chat with your colleagues for a while and then your working day really starts!

You turn on your computer and check whether emails, DMs or apps have arrived. In the meantime you also answer some phone calls. In addition to keeping up with customer service, there are a number of other administrative tasks that you are responsible for. If you enjoy creating content, we would like to offer you the opportunity to go wild with your creativity and take our social media channels to an even higher quality.

You are not only physically working at our office, you are also regularly on the road! After processing the daily orders that need to be taken to the post office, you also pay visits to the goldsmith. So no whole days behind your computer!


What will your duties be?

  • The full customer service! We can be reached by telephone, e-mail, social media and WhatsApp.
  • Optional: creating content such as Instagram Reels, TikTok's and possibly photography.
  • Order processing: All jewelry must be packaged with an accompanying certificate and a personal touch! Then pack it for shipment and provide the shipping label and then go to the post office.
  • Taking care of the delivery of the jewelry for adjustment / repairs to our goldsmith.
  • Other administrative tasks. You should think of creating products on the website, a bit of stock management and possibly writing other texts on the website.

  • You are communicatively strong in the broadest sense of the word. By telephone, by e-mail and via our socials you know how to speak to customers in both Dutch and English.

  • Living in the Tilburg area.
  • Availability of own transport.
  • Knowledge about precious stones and/or metals is not a requirement.
