We ship worldwide. Shipping within the Benelux is free. We ship orders the next day so that you receive them within just a few working days. If you first have the ring adjusted by us, we will usually ship your ring within five working days. If for some reason this is longer, we will contact you.

All our shipments are fully insured and provided with tracking notifications. This way you always know where your ring is. Each package is provided with a sealing strip so that your package arrives unopened. If it has been open along the way, please let us know.

Guarantee

Quality is of paramount importance at Menina Amsterdam. With normal use, all our jewelry therefore has a 30-day warranty. Will something break? Then we will replace or repair it for you. Do you want to use the warranty? Then our goldsmith checks the piece of jewelery and determines what should be done with it based on his analysis. In most cases, damage can be repaired, if this is not the case, we will always provide a suitable solution.

Are you not completely satisfied with your ring? No problem! If your ring has not been adjusted and the return label is still intact, you can always return it within 14 days of receipt.
