Web store software

Shopify

Our online store is developed with software from Shopify. Personal data that you make available to us for our services are shared with this party. Shopify has access to your data to provide us with (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. Based on the agreement we have with them, Shopify is obliged to take appropriate security measures. These security measures include the use of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Shopify is a certified processor of credit card data. Shopify uses cookies to collect technical information regarding your use of the software, no personal data is collected and/or stored. Shopify reserves the right to share collected data within its own corporate group to further improve its services. Shopify takes into account the applicable legal retention periods for (personal) data. The EU/US Privacy Shield applies, your data may be processed in the United States.

E-mail and mailing lists

Klaviyo

Our website uses Klaviyo, a third-party provider that handles e-mail traffic originating from our website and sending any newsletters. All confirmation emails you receive from our website and web forms are sent through Klaviyo's servers. Klaviyo will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every email sent automatically through our website, you will see the "unsubscribe" link. If you click this you will no longer receive email from our website. To handle (part of) the payments in our online store, we use the platform of Mollie. Klarna

For handling (part of) the payments in our online store we use the platform of Klarna. Klarna processes your name, address and residence details and your payment information such as your bank account or credit card number. Klarna has appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data. Klarna reserves the right to use your data to further improve services and in this context (anonymized) data to share with third parties. In the case of a request for a deferred payment (credit facility) Klarna shares personal data and information regarding your financial position with credit rating agencies. We collect reviews through the platform of WebwinkelKeur. If you leave a review through WebwinkelKeur you are required to provide a name and email address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us, so we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review. In case we invite you to leave a review we share your name and email address with WebwinkelKeur. When you place an order with us, our job is to get your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. We will retain your information for as long as you are our client. This means that we will keep your client profile until you indicate that you no longer wish to use our services.
