We ship worldwide. Shipping within the Benelux is free. We ship your order the next day so you will receive it within a few working days. When you let us adjust the ring first, we usually ship your ring within five working days. If for some reason this is longer, we will contact you.

All our shipments are fully insured and include tracking notifications. So you always know where your ring is. Each package is sealed so your package arrives unopened. If it has been opened in transit, please let us know.

Warranty

Quality is paramount at Menina Amsterdam. With normal use, all our jewelry is therefore 30 days warranty. Does something break down? Then we will replace or repair it for you. Do you want to use the warranty? Then our goldsmith checks the jewelry and determines on the basis of his analysis what should happen to it. In most cases a damage can be repaired, if this is not the case we will always provide an appropriate solution.

Returning

Still not completely satisfied with your ring? No problem! If your ring has not been adjusted and the return label is still intact you may always return it within 14 days of receipt.
