Do you have a store I can visit?
Because we currently only have a web shop and no physical store, it is not possible to visit us. To give the best possible picture of each ring, we always perform our photography to perfection. Single product photography but also when a ring is on hand with a model. In addition, we can also show a video of each ring. Would you like this? Please let us know via email, whatsapp or social media.

I just missed out on a vintage item, will it still be in stock?
We often receive this question and the disappointing answer from us is, no. All our vintage jewelry is unique and we have more than one of those. That is why it is so important that you sign up for our newsletter so you will be notified every Thursday at 12:00 as soon as our new vintage drop is online.

My purchase is damaged, what should I do now?
Once you fall in love with a vintage piece of jewelry, you can't imagine taking it off! Everywhere you go, your vintage jewelry goes with you. Yet an accident is often in a small corner...
Unfortunately it can happen to anyone that you just get stuck with your ring on dust, pull open a leg and lose the little stone. Or that you want to take off that beautiful bracelet in a hurry and the clasp breaks. Vintage jewelry is often more fragile and should be worn with caution. Should anything happen to it then we are here for you!
On all our jewelry we provide a 30-day warranty. Should anything happen during that period we are going to make sure that it is resolved as soon as possible. At our expense of course! But what are the options after the warranty period? Click here for an extensive roadmap.

How can I return my order?
Still not completely satisfied with your ring? No problem! If your ring has not been adjusted and the return label is still intact you may always return it within 14 days of receipt. Go to this page for more information.

I don't know my ring size, can you reserve a vintage ring until I know it?
To make sure you get your perfect vintage ring, we recommend you order this ring together with a Sizey. When you go to your shopping cart you will see a window where you can enter a text. Please indicate that we will not ship your ring until you have entered the correct ring size. Do you already know that the current size of your ring is not the right size? Then choose a different size right away so the adjustment costs will be included in your order.

By now you've been the proud owner of your jewelry for a while and notice that your items have become less beautiful after all. Your gold rings no longer shine as beautifully as before and the stones may have become a bit dull. Then it's time for a good polish! There are some hooks and eyes to this as well, so before you enthusiastically start polishing, read on.
Even though you treat your jewelry well, it can become dull or dirty. It is then important that you clean them the right way. Not every material can be cleaned the same way. With one material you will have to be more careful than with another, in any case never just use cleaning agents or other chemical substances to clean your jewelry with. To make the picture clearer for you, we have described the best way to clean the most commonly used materials.
Gold Jewelry
When your jewelry has become dull, the best way to polish it is with a polishing cloth that you can easily order online. Gently rub the cloth over your jewelry and voila, good as new.
Diamonds and stones
Due to grease from your skin, oil and soap, your diamonds and other stones can lose their shine. To make them shine like never before, it's best to soak them in a lukewarm bowl of water with mild soap. Then gently brush the dirt from the stone with a new toothbrush, rinse your jewelry and gently pat it dry.

A new drop comes online every Thursday at noon! This consists of several dozen rings each week, which is sometimes supplemented with earrings, pendants and necklaces.
In the week prior to the drop we show a preview of the items that will come online. From that moment you can request details and if you wish it is even possible to place an order already. Especially for you we put the desired item online at an agreed time. On Thursday at 12:00 noon all items that are not yet sold will automatically come online!
