Shipping & Returns

An order may be returned within the 14-day period. After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to actually return it. This starts from the day the order is received by the customer, until the date we receive the return notification (including Track & Trace). Refunds are always made within 14 days of receiving your return.

Shipping details for when your return notification is approved:

  • Pre-orders and adjusted items may not be returned.
  • Report your return using the attached return form.
  • Did you order multiple items? Please indicate exactly which ones you want to return.
  • Place your return in the original packaging and clearly write your order number on the box.
  • Always send your return insured (with Track & Trace) and keep your tracking number safe. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
  • Send your return to the PO Box address below.

Please note that different delivery times apply for items that require customization. If an item is purchased in its original condition, we ship within one business day. If an item needs to be customized, our goldsmith needs an additional 3-5 business days.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a track and trace code. So you no longer have to wait at the door for the delivery man, because you can keep an eye on when your order is delivered yourself.

Refund

We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 5 p.m., we try to ship the very next day (provided you have chosen to have your product adjusted, then we count about 5 working days for shipping). However, we do not always manage to meet this, sometimes products are out of stock and then the delivery of your order may take a little longer. On the product page is an indication of the delivery time. Should we for any reason not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is via the letter carrier or package delivery from PostNL. Generally, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Once you have found the item(s) of your choice, click the "Add to cart" button. You will get a clear overview of all the items you have in your shopping cart. You can choose to continue shopping or go to checkout. If you want to continue shopping, you can always find your shopping cart in the top right corner of the page. (If you're on a desktop or at the bottom right if you're shopping via mobile). Once you go to checkout, you'll get an overview of your cart. Here you can view all the products you have in your cart. Should you be the lucky owner of a gift card, you can add its code in the check out.
