My name is Femke from Belgium and I received a beautiful engagement ring from Menina!
I have always wanted a unique and timeless ring, so what better than a vintage piece! I gave my boyfriend hints by showing him pictures of
vintage rings on Pinterest! My boyfriend asked where he could find such a ring and the search began, which is really hard in Belgium.
Through Instagram I found Menina! All my
favorite rings were sent directly to my boyfriend, meanwhile my fiancé! When I came across
this ring I immediately fell in love and pre-ordered it! My boyfriend completed the purchase and had it delivered to a secret
location so I was totally unaware of his plan. On March 10, 2021, he surprised me by proposing with my dream ring! And they lived
happily ever after.

Through Instagram I stumbled upon Menina's page about two years ago and wow, I instantly fell in love. Everything I could have imagined with vintage jewelry I got to see on their website and IG page... Out of so much beauty, it's harder and harder to choose, especially since they always show up with the most beautiful jewelry. I love imagining what the jewelry has already been through, what stories it already carries with it,... And it's just great to continue writing their story, investing in beautiful timeless jewelry that one day you can pass on to the next generation. Every time I come out with one of their gems on my finger, I always get very nice compliments. I can safely say that I am a very big Menina fan, and that has not only to do with the jewelry, they also just deliver beautiful work and are always very helpful.

After an evening walk on the beach in Greece, my now fiancé went down on one knee, with the beautiful Adriana ring!
After much searching, he came upon this ring with an opal. He was all set for the drop and ordered it right away. On Menina Amsterdam's website, I saw a beautiful ring that was perfect for this occasion. I'm glad I was able to give my wife such a meaningful gift that will forever remind her of this special moment!

On Feb. 8, 2021, my (now) husband proposed to me with a vintage Emerald cluster ring from Menina. How did I become so happy? Maybe I gave him some hints through him Menina's Instagram posts.... I highly recommend doing so because my engagement ring is the one I've always dreamed of! On the day off, we had a last minute love shoot in a snowy landscape with photographer Pure Captured. Towards the end of the shoot, the photographer told us she felt she had taken enough photos enough photos, to which Mart said, "Well, I still have something to do..." and pulled out that little green box that I immediately recognized. When showing the ring to family and friends they all said the ring is so me. It was only a short engagement,
because we got married in March with only both parents present. So in two months I went from no rings at all to two rings, which I wear with pride because it shows that I belong to Mart forever.

I have been looking for a gold eternity ring with Emeralds and Diamonds for a while now. I have Indo-European blood through my mother's side of the family, and the Dutch East Indies (present-day Indonesia) used to be known as the "Emerald Belt. I wanted a vintage ring rather than a new ring; A ring with a story from a bygone era.
On Menina's webshop I saw this
beautiful eternity ring called "Maia". Unfortunately my grandparents are no longer here, but by giving a new story to this ring I
keep the thought of them and the stories of the "Emerald Belt" alive and make something that is no longer tangible tangible again. Beautiful Maia I will wear you with lots of love and pride and hopefully one day I may pass you on to my children.
