• Please do not return any product without first registering it via the returns button.
  
• Unfortunately, we can't accept returns on pre-orders. This may also apply to jewelry you've had altered. However, this depends on our policy at the time.
  
• Return shipments must be returned insured in the original packaging.

At Menina Amsterdam, we inspect our products meticulously before carefully packaging and shipping them to our customers. We only ship our products when we can guarantee their quality and meet both our and your expectations.

You can return an order within 14 days. After registering your return, you have another 14 days to actually return it. This period runs from the date the customer receives the order until the date we receive the return notification (including Track & Trace). Refunds are always processed within 14 days of receiving your return.

• Pre-orders, sizey's and altered items may not be returned.
• Register your return using the enclosed return form.
• If you ordered multiple items, please indicate which ones you'd like to return.
• Place your return in the original packaging and clearly write your order number on the box.
• Always send your return insured (with Track & Trace) and keep your tracking number safe. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
