When will a new licorice be online and can I order something before then (pre-order)?

Every Thursday at 12:00 a new drop will be online! This consists of several dozen rings every week, which is sometimes supplemented with earrings, pendants and necklaces.

In the week prior to the drop, we will show a preview of the items that will be online. From that moment on you can request details and if you want it is even possible to place an order. Especially for you, we put the desired article online at an agreed time. On Thursday at 12:00 PM all items that have not yet been sold will automatically be online!

Believe us when we say that sometimes things go very fast! So make sure you set the notification via our socials and make sure you don't miss a drop!

Can I view your jewelry in real life?

Because we currently only have a webshop and no physical store, it is not possible to visit us. In order to give the best possible picture of each ring, we always carry out our photography down to the last detail. Separate product photography but also when a ring is going on with a model. Do you do collaborations?

How can I return my order?

Are you not completely satisfied with your ring? No problem! If your ring has not been adjusted and the return label is still intact, you can always return it within 14 days of receipt. Go to this page for more information.

Exchange & Return

We hope you're happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you're not, you can return the product to us. However, we do have a few conditions:

You have 14 days, counting from the date you received the order, to return the product or products. The product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Returned items will be inspected by our goldsmith upon return and we will not refund if we believe the item is damaged or altered from the original description. Each item has a return label attached to the item. Once this label is removed, the item cannot be returned. Items that have been modified on request cannot be returned.

Damaged item

If the item you purchased is damaged during shipping, please contact us directly at and send us a photo. We will then send a paid return label. Depending on the damage, we will contact you for a suitable solution for both parties.

Maintain jewelry

You have been the proud owner of your jewelry for a while now and you notice that your items have become less beautiful. Your gold rings no longer shine as beautifully as before and the stones may have become a bit dull. Then it's time for a good cleaning! There are also some hooks and eyes attached to this, so before you start brushing enthusiastically, read on.

Even if you treat your jewelry with care, they can become dull or dirty. It is then important that you clean them properly. Not every material can be cleaned in the same way. You will have to be more careful with one material than with the other, in any case never just use cleaning products or other chemical substances to clean your jewelry. To make the picture clearer for you, we have described the best way to clean the most commonly used materials.

Gold jewelry

When your jewelry has become dull, it is best to polish it with a cleaning cloth that you can easily order online. Gently rub the cloth over your jewelry and voilà, as good as new.

Diamonds and stones

Grease from your skin, oil and soap can make your diamonds and other stones lose their shine. To make them shine like never before, it is best to dip them in a lukewarm bowl of water with mild soap. Then gently brush the dirt off the stone with a new toothbrush, rinse your jewelry and gently pat it dry.
