Would you rather be sure of your size first? Then order the ring in its original condition and add a Sizey to your order to easily measure your size at home. Non-repaired rings can be returned within 14 days.

Unique showpieces, handpicked with love. That's the vintage collection. Through our global network, we source used jewelry. The common denominator is quality. That is what we select the jewelry on. Once arrived in the Netherlands, all jewelry is checked, if necessary repaired, cleaned and polished by our goldsmith.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping within the Benelux is free. We ship your order the next day so you will receive it within a few working days. When you let us adjust the ring first, we usually ship your ring within five working days. If for some reason this takes longer, we will contact you.

All our shipments are fully insured and include tracking notifications. That way you always know where your ring is.

Returning

Still not completely satisfied with your ring? No problem! If your ring has not been adjusted and the return label is still intact you can always return it within 14 days of receipt. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

Menina Amsterdam offers a 30-day warranty on all its products. Upon receipt of the order you, the consumer, are responsible for checking the product. If a wrong product has been delivered or shows defects, this must be notified in writing to Menina Amsterdam within 48 hours. Returning the product must be done in the original condition and packaging.

A product can only be returned in the original size. When one of the adjustment options has been used the right to return expires.

Adjusting or repairing jewelry from Menina Amsterdam by an external party (or yourself) is at your own risk. The warranty at Menina Amsterdam is hereby completely void.
